You can purchase our beef in a variety of different ways. You can buy it by the pound using the prices below (or download a copy to keep). If you are looking for a cut that we do not have listed, let us know and we may be able to get it for you. A quarter, half, or whole steer can be purchased as well at market price. If you are interested in purchasing a quarter of a steer or more please download and fill out this document and this cut sheet, and email it to blueskyranchllc@yahoo.com. If you want a quarter of a steer and do not know anyone else wanting to help purchase the rest we will set you up with other people to get a whole animal processed.
