You can purchase our pork in a couple of different ways. You may purchase it by the pound, see pricing below based on breed (or download a copy to keep for yourself standard). You can also purchase a quarter, half, or whole pig at market price. If you are interested in purchasing a quarter or more of pig please download and fill out this document and the cut sheet, and email it to blueskyranchllc@yahoo.com. If you want a half of a pig and do not know anyone else wanting to purchase the other half we will set you up with someone else to get a whole a animal processed.

Steaks: All steaks are 1 inch thick

Fresh Meat:
Pork Chops: $9.25/lb.
Tenderloin: $14.75/lb.
Baby Back Ribs: $8.25/lb.
Spare Ribs: $6.25/lb.
Country Ribs: $6.75/lb.
Pork Steaks: $7.75/lb.
Pork Roasts: $6.75/lb.

Smoked Meat:
Hams: $7.75/lb.
Ham Steaks: $8.75/lb.
Bacon: $8.25/lb.
Kielbasa: $8.50/lb.

Sausage: Hot Italian, Sweet Italian, Breakfast, and Cajun
Bulk: $6.00/lb.
Links: $6.25/lb.
Ring: $6.25/lb.
